Meet Nikki
As a wife, mother of 4 and entrepreneur, Nikki Hendrix is always on the go. She started in sales in 2007 and won many top awards including free trips around the world. This is what sparked her love of travel. In 2015 she became a travel agent with a theme park centric agency. This side gig quickly became a full time job and in just a few years, she had more clients than she could service. In 2019 she decided to stop giving those clients back to her host and instead she followed her dream to open her own agency. Named after her father who instilled in her the importance of investing in memories with loved ones, Favorite Grampy Travels was born. In the last 7 years, Nikki has grown FGT, their 75 independent consultants, and support team of 8, into an award winning, nationwide agency. Focusing marketing efforts on their presence on Facebook, Nikki earned the 2024 Travel Agency West Trendsetter Award for Best Use of Social Media. With over 800,000 followers in agency branded and hosted Facebook groups, FGT is able to provide their ICs with about 1,000 leads per month. Nikki's passion to create jobs, coach her agents, and help others grow, is what drives her forward each day.
